New Era, New Charm · China–Philippines Folk Culture Exchange Week
In 2019 seventy of Zhou Zhongwen's works on Shanghai street life were shown at “New Era, New Charm”, hosted by the Counsellors' Office of the State Council and the Central Research Institute of Culture and History.
Seventy works by Zhou Zhongwen on “Shanghai Street Life” were shown at the Shanghai CPPCC in 2019 in “New Era, New Charm” — a China–Philippines Folk Culture Exchange Week exhibition hosted by the Counsellors' Office of the State Council and the Central Research Institute of Culture and History — alongside seventy works by teachers and students of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
